- Key responsibilities:

• Perform general office administration tasks in a professional manner
• Assist various ad hoc assignments as required
• Visa applications(training will be provided)

• · Gradute with associate degree or above in any discipline / fresh graduates / recent graduates are also considered 
• · Previous work expereiences that require administrative work are preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarine(Korean will be advantage)
• · Knowledge of PC (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
• · Detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• · Good team player
• · Immediate availability is preferred
• · Able to work under pressure and handle last minute requests
